My real name is Brad Conte, although my popular Internet moniker is B-Con, sometimes pronounced and spelled “Beacon”. This is my personal website, accessible by the domains bradconte.com and b-con.us.

I spend most of my time in school, reading technical articles, writing programs, writing my own articles, tinkering with my computer, tinkering with some sort of gadget, or browsing Internet forums. When I’m not on my computer, I’m probably reading a book on security and/or math or a comic book.

The Xanga blog I link to above is the closest thing to a personal blog that I have. If you’re honestly interested in my personal life, that’s the only place I mention any of it. And even then I keep the blog primarily because my girlfriend also has a blog on Xanga. (Who, by the way, somewhat jointly maintains said Xanga blog. Thus it may or may not have a pink theme at any given moment in time. It’s complicated.)

Financially, it’s relatively cheap to run this site on my own. However, maintaining it drains my time and energy more than anything else. You can donate to my caffeine fund if you wish help me in my fight against time, fatigue, and large homework assignments.
