This is the personal website of Brad Conte. I'm a hacker and fiddler. I enjoy Linux, cryptography, C/C++, Python, discrete math, and avoiding clunky-but-trendy development paradigms. When I'm not busy with that I also play around with lock-picking and personality type indicators. I always have a few projects that I'm working on for fun. I've been an avid Arch Linux user for years and try to contribute back to the AUR. Education never ends, so I'm often taking a class on the side to learn new things or review fun subjects.
I work at Google as a Site Reliability Engineer for Chrome. I previously worked as a software engineer for Dell Data Protection, originally CREDANT Technologies. I graduated from the University of California at Davis in 2009 with a B.S. double major in mathematics and computer science.
